Rental InformationCheck-out time is 11:00AM. Your cooperation in adhering to this will be appreciated by the incoming guests. Upon check-out guests are expected to make beds, carry out trash, do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. (our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.) Pets are allowed in our rental units, with a $80.00 nonrefundable deposit per pet. Our units are furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed. (dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils) Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own linens, blankets towels, bathroom and kitchen products. Our units are kept in the best possible condition, but occasionally something will malfunction. We cannot guarantee air conditioners or other appliances. We do guarantee that repairs will be made to keep each unit and its equipment in good working order. Please notify us of any difficulty you incur during your stay so repairs can be made. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay we will hold your reservation on the book for 5 days pending the receipt of the required 50% deposit. The balance of your rental charges is due at the time of your arrival. We accept cash or travelers checks only for cottage rental balances. No credit or debit cards. If you find you cannot keep your reservation, give us as much notice as possible (at least 60 days). If we can rent your unit we will refund your deposit less a 15% cancellation fee.
